Sailor 1911 fountain pen Naginata Togi

The Naginata Togi nib is a specialty from Sailor. This specially ground nib allows for different line widths, depending on the angle at which it is placed on the paper. The transition is very smooth when you change the angle of the nib while writing.

The nib has a base width (Medium Fine, Medium or Wide) which is defined at a 45 degree angle when placed on the nib, which then varies to become finer and wider.

These 21 K gold nibs are always produced in small quantities, which is why delivery times may be longer for nibs that we do not have in stock.

The ring on the cap has been updated. We can therefore offer the fountain pen in four versions: in silver trim with the old ring, in ruthenium trim with the new ring and in both versions with gold trim. The old ring clearly shows the inscription "Sailor Special Nib" in gold letters, while the new one has this inscription more discreetly in the same tone.
